Refund Policy – Book my Instructor

 We want your experience with Book my Instructor to be stress-free. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund.
 
1. 100% Money-Back Guarantee
 
If we cannot match you with a driving instructor within the time frame of the service you purchased:
•7-day service (£24.99): If no match is found within 7 days
•3-day service (£49.99): If no match is found within 3 days
 
You will receive a full refund automatically within 48 hours after the deadline has passed. No need to contact us — we’ll handle it.
 
2. Refunds Are Not Provided If:
•You change your mind after purchasing
•You provide inaccurate or incomplete information
•You decline the matched instructor without requesting a replacement
•A match is made but you choose not to proceed with lessons
 
3. Instructor Replacement Policy
 
If the matched instructor is not suitable, you may request one replacement within 7 days of the initial match. This applies to both services.
 
4. How Refunds Are Issued
 
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank but usually takes 3–5 working days.
